The congress office is at your service for the duration of the event.
The number of participants is limited, we therefore ask for early registration.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be sent in writing to the Congress Office and are free of charge until March 4, 2010. After March 4, 2010, a cancellation fee of 50% of the Conference fee will be charged. Please understand that no refunds can be made after March 18, 2010. It is possible, however, to send another participant from the same organization.
Proceedings/Conference Package
Your Conference package including one copy of the Conference Proceedings will be handed out to you upon registration. Additional Conference Proceedings may either be ordered using the registration form or directly from the Congress Office. Price € 200,- plus applicable VAT plus shipping.
Lunch / Social Evening
Lunch will be served in the Conference area at the Conference center on both days. The social evening will take place on March 24, 2010, 8 p.m.
