GoIng – clears the way to engineering careers in the automotive industry
Information Days at the 64th IAA Commercial Vehicles in Hannover – daily from September 24th to September 27th, 2012
In addition to the "school campaign”, the VDA gives even those people without a driver’s license a reason to feel that the IAA is an important trendsetting trade fair.
As a workshop, "GoIng" invites those secondary school pupils to the International Motor Show, who are interested in a career as an automotive engineer and are looking for information and contacts for their career choice.
GoIng introduces automotive manufactures and supply companies in Germany to young people for informative talks directly at the exhibitor stands. GoIng at the IAA also offers the possibility of talking to professors of engineering and young engineers about careers in this field.
As a VDA initiative, GoIng is a campaign jointly organized by the manufacturers and supply companies in the automotive industry in order to come into direct contact with interested young people. GoIng is a unique campaign in the German automotive industry with its balanced offer of discussions about training and careers.
