General Assembly of the Parts and Accessories Manufacturer Group:
The 2000 Assembly of VDA Manufacturer Group III will be held in Berlin (Hotel Adlon) on 17 November 2000 . Participation at this event is reserved to members of the VDA Manufacturer Group.
Cooperation talks at the IAA:
This year, for the first time, medium-sized exhibitors at the 58th IAA Commercial Vehicles (from 23 to 30 September 2000) will have the opportunity to hold cooperation talks with potential cooperation partners. The role of the IAA as a "marketplace" will therefore be further reinforced.
German suppliers at the Tokyo Motor Show:
In 2000, the German supplier industry will again be present at a joint VDA stand at the Tokyo Motor Show, which will take place as a show for commercial vehicles only. 12 companies will take part in this joint action, with the financial and organisational support of the Federal Ministry for the Economy and Technology. A similar action is planned for the Tokyo Motor Show - Passenger cars in 2001.
Further joint presentations will be organised by the VDA for the following shows in 2001: Automotive Asia in Thailand, the SAE Congress & Exposition in Detroit andd AUTOMEC in Sao Paulo.
