The Logistics Steering Committee has the main responsibility for all topics concerning the logistical process chain. These include the representation of logistical sequences and procedures (which are explained and/or revised if necessary) and in particular the definition of requirements for IT support of the logistical processes and for the economic design of the necessary aids for the flow of materials.
