Automated Valet Parking Systems

Based on the AVPS standardization activities ISO23374, a supplementary document was written by the VDA PG Parking, which describes an interface to ensure interoperability between vehicles with AVP and the associated infrastructure. On January 17, a new document on Automated Valet Parking (AVP) was published in the VDA webshop. It is a continuation of the previous AVP paper and describes a communication concept to ensure interoperability between vehicles from different manufacturers and AVP infrastructures. In addition to ISO 23374 AVPS, it presents solutions for communication and signal processing in parking garages.
