The VDA offers regular training courses on the objectives, procedures and application of the Odette tool.

The VDA offers regular training courses on the objectives, procedures and application of the Odette tool.

    About the tool

Odette, in collaboration with AIAG, has developed a modern IT application called MMOG.np, which replaces the long-standing Excel-based workbook. Information about this can be found at www.odette.org

Most customers have now switched to version 5.0, which can only be created and edited using the cloud version.

The application includes all the features included in the previous Excel workbook. MMOG.np can be used flexibly for large as well as small business organizations and has new functions, such as the central storage of all audits of a company, a user administration with role and rights concept, data security and multilingualism.

Data that was previously only available in the Excel version can be prepared and uploaded to the cloud using a converter provided by Odette, allowing seamless continuation of previous activities.

To set up a client for your company in the MMOG Cloud, the following video instructions are available in German:

    1. Order cloud version MMOG/LE and set up account.
    2. Retrieve license file and install questionnaire
    3. Set up your own company, set up partners, create users
    4. Create an assessment from existing Excel data

The latest release includes a number of enhancements, such as:

A secure, internal communication system to facilitate the exchange of Global MMOG/LE assessments and feedback between suppliers and customers.
The 2-factor authorization option to provide even more security for users.

    Notes:

In addition to the English version, VDA has already provided the German version.
Global MMOG/LE version 4.1 continues to be supported in the cloud.
Each site that is to be audited requires a license. VDA member companies receive their licenses at a preferential price.

VDA offers training courses for the use of Global MMOG/LE.
