The Aachen-based start-up upBUS is developing a modular suspension bus for urban transport. Using technology from space travel, the bus can be converted into a cable car without interruption.

Soon passengers will be able to hover above the traffic jams, autonomously and electrically.

Invented by Prof. Kai-Uwe Schröder and his scientific colleague, Tobias Meinert.
